I recently came across an incredible story on Church Times Nigeria about Hon. Deji Balogun, a respected High Court Judge from Lagos State, whose healing journey left many people amazed.
According to the report, in February 2018, Hon. Balogun fell mysteriously ill. Despite being a man of means and influence, his sickness baffled both Nigerian and foreign doctors; even specialists in the U.S. and U.K. could not identify what was wrong with him. For months, he battled this mysterious ailment with no medical solution in sight.
In his testimony, the judge explained that after enduring nine long months of pain and uncertainty, he decided to attend the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Holy Ghost Congress. There, on May 7, 2018, he met with Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of RCCG, who prayed for him.
The Miracle and the Testimony
However, the story did not end immediately after that encounter. Balogun said he continued to struggle with his condition until one day, he reportedly heard a divine voice telling him that “the Lord had already healed me the day I went for prayers, but I did not sow a seed to bring the prayers to pass.”
Interpreting this as divine instruction, he took a step of faith and sowed a seed, a symbolic financial offering, in obedience to that message. Just three days after making the offering, Balogun said he received a phone call confirming that his prayer had been answered. From that moment, he claimed to have experienced complete healing from the sickness that had previously defied all medical understanding.
